Apartments Matulic - Zadar

stayed there for 7 nights, loved it. the attached restaurant was nice. host treated us very well. got private bathroom with a tub.

There was nothing I didn't like.

I had a comfortable stay, with location close to downtown area. It had a comfy setting so close to the old town and the center and the main bridge for the old town...

It had kitchenette, which was a big plus. I appreciated the host...

I had a pleasant and comfortable stay at Apartments Matulic. the location was great as it was in a quiet neighborhood near the old town. It was also very close to the bridge that leads to the old town, making it convenient to explore. the room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was well-maintained. the service provided by the host was excellent, as they were friendly and helpful. the breakfast offered was delicious with a variety of options.

Finding a nearby public parking spot could be problematic.

No elevator in the building, making it difficult to carry luggage up to the second floor. Limited parking options nearby, which could be a challenge for those traveling with a car.

We had a wonderful stay at Apartments Matulic for four nights. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, providing us with local tips and making us feel right at home. The spacious and clean rooms were a perfect retreat from the heat, thanks to the efficient air conditioning. Plus, being above the family-run restaurant was a treat - the food was absolutely delicious and the service was top-notch. We will definitely stay here again!

The location of the apartments is perfect, being very close to the main bridge for the old town. It's just a short walk to the downtown area, making it convenient for exploring. the rooms are spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. the staff is welcoming and helpful, and the on-site restaurant offers delicious food at a reasonable price.

One drawback is that we could only pay in cash, which may be inconvenient for some guests.
